Radisson Hotel Group in Madrid seeks a People Operations Shared Service Specialist to support HR activities across France. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll queries, and employee lifecycle tasks using Workday and SmartRecruiters, delivering proactive, service-oriented support to People Managers.

Formación

• Previous experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Hospitality or service industry experience is desirable.
• Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes and policies.
• Experience with Workday or SmartRecruiters or similar HRIS/ATS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with escalation awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level People Operations support to Department Heads via a ticketing system.
• Respond to queries related to HR and payroll policies, procedures and programmes.
• Manage recruitment using SmartRecruiters and Workday; help improve candidate experience.
• Initiate and validate position and employee changes in Workday.
• Provide general HR and payroll administration support.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire communications; ensure compliant benefits setup.
• Support performance management processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with RHG standards.
