PayXpert, a Société Générale group company, is seeking an HR Business Partner – People Operations to manage the employee lifecycle across Spain, France and the United Kingdom. You will advise managers on employee relations, policies and employment practices while ensuring operational excellence across jurisdictions.

You will coordinate performance reviews, salary cycles and engagement initiatives, and optimise HR systems like Factorial, SharePoint and Notion.

Formación

• Bachelor and professional HR qualifications or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in HR/People Operations within international organisations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination and employment law.
• Experience coordinating performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.
• Fluent English and French; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the employee lifecycle across Spain, France and the UK, including contracts, promotions and offboarding.
• Ensure records, contracts and HR documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Support managers on operational People matters and policies.
• Coordinate payroll, Finance and external providers on People activities.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition and performance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
