Philips is seeking Remote Service Engineers to support healthcare software from home, covering Iberia, UK&I, and potentially international customers. You will diagnose software issues, write scripts/queries, and escalate as needed, while delivering excellent service and training to users.

The roles require a technical background in healthcare software support, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, medical informatics or another equivalent
• Experience providing Application/Software Support to healthcare industry or willingness to embrace clinical solutions
• Willingness to work weekends and provide extended emergency service with 24/7 on-call availability

Responsabilidades

• Qualify customer calls and provide technical resolution to software problems, escalating when needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and routine updates
• Create quality documentation and share subject matter knowledge with teammates
• Provide remote support across Iberia, UK&I and potentially international customers
