Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Clinical IT Technical Support Specialist for a remote position. You will provide advanced technical support and solve complex clinical IT issues across Europe, enhancing patient care through technology.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field, with over 3 years of clinical IT support experience. Travel is required for about 75% of the role. Join us in making a real difference in healthcare!

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in clinical IT support, hospital systems integration, or medical device connectivity.
• Strong understanding of networking, data security and healthcare IT environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for high-level technical and clinical IT escalations.
• Provide on-site support to resolve complex clinical systems issues.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve recurring technical challenges.
• Drive initiatives to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
