The ideal candidate has a Master’s in PR or related field, 10+ years in PR with leadership, a proven record of delivering measurable results, and superb communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable PR results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee all media relations activities, including proactive outreach and crisis management.
• Manage the company's reputation and brand image across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for product launches, corporate announcements, and special initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Advise senior leadership on PR matters and potential communication risks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company remains at the forefront of communication best practices.
