Job summary

Ethos is seeking a visionary Head of Public Relations to lead strategic communications across the organization. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape PR strategy from anywhere while maintaining a strong brand voice and proactive media engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in PR, proven leadership, crisis management expertise, and a track record of delivering measurable results across corporate communications and reputation management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; field related to PR/communications/marketing.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing PR strategies with measurable results.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; strong crisis management.
• Extensive media contacts and ability to manage corporate reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team to foster high performance.
• Oversee all media relations, proactive outreach and crisis management.
• Manage company's reputation across all channels and messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
• Plan communications for product launches, corporate announcements, and initiatives.
• Monitor PR campaign performance and provide reports to senior management.
• Advise leadership on PR risks and opportunities; stay ahead of industry trends.
