The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PR, a master?s degree, and a proven track record in crisis management and reputation building.

Qualifications

Master's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
Proven track record of driving measurable PR results.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
Extensive media contacts across industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in remote environments with distributed teams.
Ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee all media relations activities, including proactive outreach and crisis management.
Manage the company's reputation and brand image across all channels.
Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
Plan and execute communication strategies for product launches and corporate announcements.
Monitor PR campaign performance and report to senior management.
Advise senior leadership on PR matters and potential risks.
Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure best practices.
