Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable PR results.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Crisis communication and reputation management expertise.
• Extensive media contacts network.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strategic mindset with analytical skills.
• Experience leading remote/distributed teams.
• Ability to influence C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee all media relations activities, including proactive outreach and reactive crisis management.
• Manage the company's reputation and brand image across all channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for product launches and announcements.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, reporting to senior management.
• Advise senior leadership on PR matters and risks.
