The successful candidate will lead a distributed PR team, shape narratives, manage crises, and partner with C-suite executives to navigate complex communications challenges while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving measurable PR results.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Crisis communication and reputation management expertise.
• Strong network of media contacts across industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear articulation of ideas.
• Remote work experience managing distributed teams and advising C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering high performance.
• Oversee media relations, proactive outreach and crisis management.
• Manage the company's reputation and brand image across channels.
• Develop relationships with media, influencers and stakeholders.
• Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
• Plan comms for product launches, announcements and initiatives.
• Monitor PR performance and report to senior management.
• Advise senior leadership on PR matters and risks.
• Stay ahead of trends and best practices in corporate communications.
