Ethos is seeking a visionary Head of Public Relations to steer strategic communications for a major client in the Media and PR sector. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape PR strategy from anywhere, coordinate distributed teams, manage media relations, and protect corporate reputation across all channels.

You will lead a high-performing PR function, advise senior leadership, develop crisis plans, and drive performance with data-driven insights, influencing executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
• Track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.
• Extensive media contacts across various industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strategic thinker.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
• Ability to influence C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
