You will build and guide a distributed PR team, develop comprehensive strategies, manage media relations, handle crises, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing PR strategies with measurable results.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams in a remote environment.
• Strong media contacts across industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee media relations including proactive outreach and crisis management.
