Job summary

Jobgether is seeking Head of Content and Editorial to shape the content strategy for a fast-growing tech product business. You will lead a small team of writers, drive editorial standards, and integrate AI-assisted workflows to boost quality and efficiency.

You will partner with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align content with customer needs and business goals, owning editorial direction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams of writers and maintaining high standards of content quality.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and copywriting skills with ability to transform drafts into polished material.
• Practical experience using AI tools to create, edit, and improve content while maintaining accuracy and originality.

Responsibilities

• Define content strategy, editorial direction and standards.
• Oversee hands-on editing and copywriting to improve messaging and readability.
• Develop and optimize AI-assisted content workflows.
• Lead and develop a small team of writers.
• Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to inform decisions.
• Experiment with new formats, topics and production methods.
