Neurons Lab is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own the operational, financial, and execution backbone of the business. You will ensure the executive team translates strategy into disciplined OKRs, performance cadences, and scalable processes, enabling the CEO to focus on growth and client impact.

Formación

• 3+ years as an Associate Partner (or equivalent senior leadership) at a top-tier strategy consultancy.
• Experience operating inside a fast-growing company with direct P&L or budget accountability.
• Track record of improving financial performance and risk visibility at scale.
• Experience building or scaling a company operating system/management cadence.
• Background leading or working with distributed/remote, cross-border teams.

Responsabilidades

• Run regular executive team meetings and ensure OKRs/Health Indicators are set and reviewed.
• Lead the Operations team and own the company Work AI OS.
• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning and execution of company direction.
• Oversee resource allocation, compensation, and budget prioritization.
• Manage profitability, budgeting cycles, and financial forecasting.
• Cultivate relationships with industry partners and onboarding routines.
