Job summary

Canonical is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid strategy. The role is fully remote within the EMEA region, reporting to the Growth Engineering Manager. You will set up and monitor paid campaigns, manage budgets, and push automation and AI to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive lead generation, run A/B tests, and leverage analytics tools. Travel up to 4 times per year is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Proven ability to drive lead generation campaigns.
• Strong track record with A/B testing and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor paid ads campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and budgets for the Marketing team.
• Develop Canonical's adtech stack to an industry-leading standard.
