FoodChain ID is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and activation across the Testing & Certification division in EMEA. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, nurture leads, and optimize the funnel for revenue growth while collaborating with product, operations, and external partners.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate within a global matrix organization.

Formación

• 3+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Gen or Digital Marketing in B2B.
• Proven pipeline growth and lead generation track record.
• Hands-on Salesforce campaign management and reporting.
• Strong Pardot experience including Engagement Studio and automation workflows.
• Experience managing external marketing agencies and paid media programs.
• Analytical skills with campaign/funnel data interpretation.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Experience in a matrixed, global organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate GTM strategies into campaigns.
• Own MQL processes and lead management across the Technical Services EMEA division.
• Build Salesforce campaigns with accurate attribution and reporting.
• Use Pardot to create engaged email campaigns and automation workflows.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign ROI and funnel performance.
• Establish testing frameworks for messaging and channel optimization.
