Job summary

Grafana Labs, based in Spain, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for Growth to prospect and grow existing business across the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with current customers, manage forecasts, and articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

You’ll drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations, with a consultative approach, leveraging Salesforce to maintain the pipeline and forecast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Experience selling to the Middle East region.
• Excellent communicator across in-person, online, and written channels.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with open source technology is a plus.
• Experience using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow existing business across Spain, Middle East, Türkiye and Africa.
• Identify, nurture and close opportunities with existing customers.
• Manage forecasts and track customer data using Salesforce.
• Articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
• Balance outbound prospecting with inbound leads to drive pipeline.
