Jobgether is seeking a Technical Interviewer to remotely assess candidates for a wide range of technical roles. You will design assessments, conduct in-depth interviews, and partner with hiring teams to build strong pipelines.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or technical interviewing.
At least 2 years hands-on experience as a software developer with backend/frontend knowledge and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC, engineering roles, and industry best practices.
Experience conducting technical interviews and applying structured candidate assessment methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Conduct comprehensive technical interviews with pre-screened candidates to assess technical knowledge, skills and suitability.
Evaluate candidates across software development, cloud platforms, databases, and modern engineering practices.
Collaborate with recruitment and technical teams to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Lead intake meetings to understand hiring needs and role expectations, and design tailored interviews.
Provide structured feedback and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
