M47 is seeking a freelance technical recruiter to support the early stage of our recruitment process. You will source, screen, and report potential candidates for our QA Engineering Division, focusing on Manual QA, Automation QA, AI Engineers, Language Engineers, and Software Engineers.

Responsibilities include mapping, screening, and handing over candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner. This role offers global remote work with a Spanish invoicing requirement.

Formación

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing for specialized profiles.
• Strong candidate attraction and engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time during peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing & Mapping: identify and engage QA and software engineering profiles.
• Screening: assess candidate capabilities against project requirements.
• Reporting & Handover: handover screened candidates to Talent Acquisition Partner.
