Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Developer Community Specialist based in Spain. You will build and strengthen a global developer ecosystem, engaging across platforms, organizing programs, and bridging users with internal teams.

You will foster engagement on Discord, Reddit, and forums; plan webinars and workshops; collect feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams. This is a fully remote, full-time role with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience building, managing online communities with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience with Discord, Reddit, Discourse, or similar platforms.
• Strong project ownership and ability to manage initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent written English for technical audiences.
• Interest in technology, developer tools, AI, software development.
• Collaborative across distributed teams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience translating feedback into actionable insights for product teams.
• Comfort with learning new technologies and engaging developers on technical topics.

Responsabilidades

• Foster engagement across developer communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, forums, and other channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community programs including webinars, workshops, and events.
• Communicate product updates to keep community members informed and engaged.
• Support developers with onboarding, usage guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Gather feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvements.
• Monitor community health and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with DevRel, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Social Media teams.
• Assist with regional meetups and in-person events when required.
