ICF seeks an experienced professional to assist in facilitating dialogue spaces and consultations for civil society networks and EU institutions. The role focuses on international conferences, contract management, and policy notes, contributing to background papers for dialogue with local authorities and CSOs.

The candidate should have 7+ years in logistics for international events, 3 years in international contract management, and strong English and French language skills; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• University degree in event management or related discipline, or 3 years' relevant experience plus 7 years general experience.
• C1 level English and French; Spanish B2 is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the European Commission in facilitating spaces for dialogue and consultations at global and regional level.
• Support drafting concept notes and regular updates on policy issues related to civil society and local authorities.
• Contribute to background papers and other material relevant for the dialogue.
