Intracon Marketing Solutions is seeking an Event Manager to drive international corporate events end to end. You will lead the full lifecycle, coordinate teams and vendors, manage budgets and deliver exceptional event experiences across EMEA.

The role requires agency or consulting experience, strong English and Spanish communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

• 3+ years of previous experience in event management.
• Experience working with project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of events from planning to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable) suppliers for different event needs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Oversee event budgets, reporting and performance tracking.
• Prepare key documentation, timelines and operational plans for each event.
• Lead onsite event delivery for events across EMEA.
• Maintain regular client communication (meetings, follow-up calls and reporting).
• Propose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences.
• Participate in daily coordination with the international Project Team.
• Contribute to weekly planning and alignment meetings with the Events Team.

We're looking for an Event Manager to join one of our international projects with a leading technology client. Someone with real agency or consulting experience who can run international corporate events end to end.

About the role:

Dedication: Full-time

Work model: Flexible, combining f2f work with teleworking

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable) suppliers for different event needs
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery

This role is probably not for you if:

• Your experience does not comes from an agency or consulting firm and doing corporate B2B Events.
