Hytech, a leading global management consulting firm, seeks a Brand Operations Lead to drive global brand initiatives across markets. The role collaborates with regional teams to strengthen brand consistency, coordinate campaigns, and use data to improve performance.

You will oversee owned media, content localization, and engagement initiatives, while coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver impactful brand projects. Remote across European time zones, with multinational exposure.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in brand operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Experience leading teams or managing key projects is required.
• Experience in financial services branding or global/regional brand work is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of global brand operations strategies and translate into actionable plans.
• Coordinate owned media and content operations across markets.
• Support user engagement, events, and growth initiatives.
• Plan and execute online and offline brand events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams; monitor metrics and provide insights.
