Hytech is seeking a Brand Design Lead to drive creative direction and oversee the design team across brand campaigns, video and motion content. You will translate business objectives into compelling creative work and collaborate with Marketing, PR, Product, and other stakeholders.

100% remote with Europe-wide teams. The role requires 6–8+ years in design, 3+ years in team leadership, strong visual, 3D and motion design skills, and proficiency with AI-generated content tools.

Formación

• 6-8+ years in design and creative roles, including at least 3 years of team management.
• Strong command of graphic design, typography, and colour, with understanding of 3D visual design and motion design.
• Ability to develop creative concepts from strategy through execution with end-to-end solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI image, text, and video generation tools; applying AIGC to commercial needs.
• Fluency in English; portfolio/showreel required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end creative development for major brand campaigns across media.
• Oversee brand design and video direction; maintain high visual quality.
• Manage the creative team’s workflow, resources and development.
• Integrate AI-generated content into workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Product and other teams; present concepts.
