• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience leading complex global transformation, implementation, or operational delivery programs; strong senior stakeholder management.
• Proven experience mentoring high-performing teams and driving commercial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of high-impact client consulting and transformation projects.
• Establish and maintain project governance, delivery methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable delivery processes for international engagements.
• Mentor project managers and consultants; foster accountability and customer success.
