Retail Academy is searching for an International Recruiter who is a fluent German speaker to join the team. This role involves managing recruitment processes for prestigious Luxury and High Premium Fashion brands across Europe. Responsibilities include CV screening, candidate interviews, and sourcing candidates from various platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, along with at least two years of recruitment experience. We offer a flexible and fun work environment, remote work opportunities, and a competitive salary plus commissions.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• Familiarity with HR databases.
• Strong decision-making skills.
