CapsLock is building an AI Media Production platform and seeks a tech lead to architect it. You will work directly with the Design Director, serving as the technical interface between creative teams and software infrastructure.

We generate visuals of real products and require reproducible pipelines, one-click presets, and end-to-end LoRA training. This is a greenfield, remote-friendly role with a strong emphasis on quality and collaboration.

Formación

• Shipped generative pipelines used by others.
• Production-grade workflows in ComfyUI or code-first tech.
• Strong Python for automation and custom nodes.
• LoRA training end-to-end and model evaluation.
• Control techniques across modalities (ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and run AI Media Production platform: serving GUI engines and GPU environments.
• Ship modular, versioned, reproducible pipelines, node-based and/or code-first.
• Develop one-click presets and use cases for image/video generation.
• Train LoRAs end-to-end: dataset curation to evaluation.
• Build control-first generation into pipelines and QC checks.
