Capitole is seeking an AI Tech Lead to join a strategic AI program in a large international environment. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership, guiding a cross-functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers to shape architecture, standards, and delivery of production-ready AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The role focuses on Generative AI, RAG, LLM-powered applications, and scalable backend systems.

Formación

• Senior or lead engineer with hands-on AI/Software Engineering background.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and architectural decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional AI squad (up to 6 engineers) and align on technical direction.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.
• Design scalable backend systems and APIs for AI-powered applications.
• Drive RAG and LLM-based solution development and cloud-native deployment on Azure.
• Mentor team members and act as the technical reference point for the squad.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and production readiness of AI solutions.
