CapsLock in Madrid is seeking a Marketing Design Team Lead who blends creative leadership with performance marketing and AI-driven visuals. You will scale a 3-person team to 6, delivering static ad creatives and photorealistic AI visuals for paid campaigns.

You will own production flow, set creative direction, and collaborate across creative, marketing, and video teams, turning briefs into high-converting visuals and robust pipelines with our Generative AI Engineer.

Formación

• 5+ years leading creative/design teams in digital marketing.
• Proven track record in producing high-impact static ads and AI visuals.
• Strong project management with deadline discipline.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; AI tooling experience.
• Fluent English, excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers.
• Own production flow, capacity planning, and QC.
• Define creative direction and visual storytelling.
• Drive testing loops and learn from performance data.
• Stay hands-on with tools and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with Producers, Marketers, Buyers, and Editors.
• Develop pipelines with the Generative AI Engineer.
• Mentor and develop talent for growth.
