Jobgether is seeking a Customer Support Specialist - Forex based in Spain to provide multilingual support across email, live chat and phone. You will guide clients through onboarding, KYC, and platform usage for MT4/MT5, while managing requests via tickets and CRM systems.

The role focuses on high-quality client service in a fast-growing international Forex environment, with exposure to KYC, CRM workflows and compliance-related tasks across time zones. Remote work is fully supported.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in customer support within FX/CFD trading, financial services or fintech environments.
• Fluency in English plus at least one additional language (Arabic or Malay/Indonesian desirable).
• Strong knowledge of MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
• Experience with KYC verification, onboarding and account maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing/helpdesk tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
• Experience with CRM integrations/workflows is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multilingual customer support via email, live chat and phone, handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients during onboarding including account setup, KYC verification and documentation.
• Support MT4/MT5 platform questions, troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance.
• Manage customer requests through ticketing systems and track progress to resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, requests and follow-ups.
• Deliver high-quality customer care to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify repeat issues and improve support processes.
