Monex Global in Madrid seeks a Customer Success Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing client engagement for corporate FX clients. You will be the main point of contact, guiding clients from onboarding through to long-term success, with a focus on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a premium service experience.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Sales, and Operations to resolve bottlenecks, automate workflows, and maintain structured, high-touch client interactions.

Formación

• Experience in client onboarding or engagement in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with KYC and due diligence procedures.
• Proficient CRM and ticketing tools for customer journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for new clients during onboarding.
• Provide ongoing guidance to keep clients engaged and informed.
• Coordinate transition from Sales to Success and document commitments.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations to resolve bottlenecks.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
