Remote FX Front Office Trader (Spain)

Job summary

HBX Group, the world’s leading technology partner for travel, offers a fully remote FX risk management role based in Spain, with bi-monthly travel to Mallorca HQ. You will own FX risk identification, execution of spot/forwards/swaps/options, and monitor hedging across the group.

You will analyze FX impact on P&L, ensure hedge effectiveness, report KPIs, and manage counterparty risk while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a Foreign Exchange department.
• Experience in Corporate Treasury in GFS with SAP accounting processes.
• Experience with FX platforms (FXaLL, 360T).

Responsibilities

• FX risk identification, assessment and monitoring at an entity and group level.
• Execution and management of FX deals (Spot, forwards, swaps, options).
• Support the analysis of the FX impact on P&L.
• Ensuring the FX flows accuracy with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Controlling and monitoring FX hedge effectiveness and levels.
• Reporting and interpreting KPIs.
• Counterparty risk management and reporting.
• Market, industry and company research, consolidating data into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Responsible for the management and execution of the group's hedging strategy.
• Responsible for economic reporting and data insights to various stakeholders within the group.
• Optimising existing front office processes.
• Ensure all exposures have been hedged according to the hedging policy.
• Trading bank relationship management.
• Management of interest rate risk.
• Advisory on FX related commercial wordings.
