HBX Group is a world-leading technological partner for travel, headquartered in Spain, delivering services across accommodations, transport, activities and payments. We seek a Finance professional focused on statutory reporting, balance sheet governance, and compliance for assigned entities.

You will provide accurate financial analysis to Finance leadership and support tax reporting in a local GAAP framework.

Formación

• Accounting or Finance degree and/or professional accounting qualification.
• Experience with audits and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local tax reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for assigned legal entities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accounting documentation and resolving audit queries.
• Assist management with complex accounting entries and transactions.
• Review accounting entries processed by Global Finance Services (GFS) in line with agreed SLAs.
• Analyze balance sheet reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items to mitigate financial and audit risks.
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L reviews and deliver regional financial reporting.
• Support external advisors with local tax reporting and compliance requirements.
• Ensure finance internal controls are effective and documentation remains current.
• Support the Head of Finance in maintaining robust balance sheet review processes and Local GAAP compliance.

Job Summary

Responsible for statutory reporting, audit support, financial controls, and balance sheet governance for assigned legal entities. Ensures compliance with local accounting standards, supports tax reporting, and provides accurate financial analysis to Finance leadership.
