Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer based in Spain to lead backend development and core product features. You will own end-to-end delivery, architect scalable systems, and collaborate with a lean team to drive AI-native innovations using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and modern frontend hooks.

You will work across the stack with React/Next.js, design cloud infrastructure, and contribute to product growth, engagement, and long-term impact while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend or full-stack experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design, and DB tuning.
• Strong software architecture and scalable-system design understanding.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated tests (unit/integration/e2e) and AI-powered tooling.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows.
• Ability to own technical initiatives and drive improvements.
• Excellent collaboration and feedback-sharing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development across ideation, design, implementation, release, and analysis.
• Research market trends to propose new features for user growth and retention.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js/TypeScript; assist frontend when needed.
• Collaborate on architecture and system design with the Tech Lead.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability, performance and security.
• Advance AI-native engineering with AI agents and agentic coding tools.
• Establish engineering practices including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Own technical initiatives and drive quality and efficiency improvements.
