Job summary

Leadtech, based in Barcelona, is hiring an FP&A Analyst to join the growing finance team. You will build financial models, analyze KPIs, and partner with the business to drive data-driven decisions.

The role offers flexible hours and the option to work remotely or from our Barcelona office. We value proactive analysts who can translate complex data into actionable insights and scale FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Around 3 years of FP&A, Controlling, Consulting, Corporate M&A or similar analytical role.
• Experience building or maintaining financial models, budget files, or cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain financial models and budget/forecast files with accurate inputs.
• Analyze historicals and KPIs, extracting insights to support management decisions.
• Own OPEX and G&A cost analyses, tracking evolution against budget and flag deviations.
• Prepare FP&A data packs and reconcile data between SAP, Qlik and models.
• Partner with BI team to automate data flows and improve FP&A processes.
