Job summary

Lodgify, a fast-growing scale-up in the vacation rental tech space, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Barcelona. You will lead core FP&A and controlling tasks, including planning, forecasting, and monthly closings, with a strong focus on headcount and salaries planning.

You will partner with People, Marketing, Sales, and other teams, reporting to the Head of FP&A. You will build financial models, dashboards, and executive-level reporting, driving cost discipline and scalability as Lodgify

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A roles, ideally SaaS
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; familiarity with financial systems
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with big-picture view
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analysis capabilities
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Independent, capable of owning complex tasks
• Confidential information handling with discretion

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial business partner across departments
• Own and improve FP&A processes: business plans, rolling forecasts, monthly closings
• Lead headcount and salaries planning with People team
• Support organizational design and workforce optimization
• Maintain and update financial models, reports and dashboards
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and strategic insights
• Contribute to financial frameworks for resource allocation and prioritization
