Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how buyers perceive our solutions and drive go-to-market success across Product, Marketing, and Sales. You will translate market insights into compelling positioning and measurable commercial impact.

You will own market intelligence, competitive insights, messaging, buyer journey analysis, and cross-functional launches while partnering with product and sales teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years in a market-facing role.
• Proficient in productivity apps such as Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Jira.
• Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as MS TEAMS and Salesforce.
• Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics.
• Power user of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Exceptional data analysis and ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is working.
• Must be a strong public speaker and a solid writer.
• Excellent people and stakeholder management skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or Product Marketing Alliance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence — Be the expert on our buyers and their buying criteria.
• Competitive intelligence — Own our competitive landscape and how we win.
• Positioning and messaging — Develop positioning and messaging with product/marketing teams.
• Buyer process and go-to-market — Document buyer journey and inform sales/marketing improvements.
• Marketing planning — Build plans and budgets to acquire and retain clients.
• Measurement — Assess marketing program effectiveness and report results.
• Launches — Plan product launches end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Sales enablement — Train sales on problems we solve and provide collateral.
• Thought leadership — Be the voice for your products with webinars and written work.
• Strategic and tactical balance — Shape long-term GTM strategy while delivering day-to-day enablement.
