Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in solutions or product marketing, with international or multi-region experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage regional stakeholders.
• Experience developing or scaling sales playbooks, messaging and seller training.
• Experience localizing global content for regional terminology and regulatory contexts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups and senior stakeholder influence.

• Translate customer challenges and market trends into practical, field-ready tools.

• Create scalable frameworks, templates and activation plans for regional relevance.
• Partner with regional teams and experts to deliver field-ready materials.
• Analyze enterprise buying decisions and align enablement to outcomes for each persona.

• Train sellers and regional teams via effective communication and coaching.
• Measure adoption and continuously improve enablement based on feedback.
