Infatica.io is seeking a Platform Architect & Tech Lead to own the Web Data Platform's technical architecture and guide engineering decisions. You will lead browser automation, data collection infrastructure, and large-scale distributed services while mentoring engineers and shaping technical strategy.

You will collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and growth, balancing long-term architecture with hands-on leadership.

Formación

• Several years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Expert-level Python and strong backend architecture skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical architecture and long-term evolution of the Web Data Platform.
• Define engineering standards and roadmaps.
• Lead a team of engineers through technical direction and mentoring.
• Design and build scalable distributed systems for data collection.
• Drive the evolution of browser automation platform and data extraction infrastructure.
• Solve complex engineering challenges involving JavaScript-heavy websites and anti-bot environments.
• Improve scalability, observability, and operational excellence across the platform.
• Review architecture, code, and designs to maintain high engineering quality.
• Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to deliver reliable production systems.
• Support hiring and the professional growth of the engineering team.
• Help shape engineering culture through technical excellence and collaboration.
