Braintrust is seeking a highly hands‑on Lead AI & Data Platform Engineer to own the site’s AI, data platform, and growth automation infrastructure. You will design, build, deploy, measure, and improve production systems across data engineering, event tracking, LLM integrations, and lifecycle automation.

You will turn raw marketplace activity into structured intelligence powering product decisions, buyer personalization, seller growth, and automated marketing campaigns.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience in software/data/AI platforms.
• Strong Python experience.
• Strong SQL experience and data modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience building production data pipelines and analytics infra.
• Experience with OLAP databases (ClickHouse/BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift).
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production systems.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and manage a central data warehouse for the platform.
• Design scalable data models for buyers, sellers, live shows, orders, and marketing attribution.
• Develop robust event tracking across web and apps; ensure privacy and accuracy.
• Build data pipelines transforming raw events into clean datasets, dashboards, and segments.
• Enable growth automation, lifecycle triggers, and personalized activation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing to translate data into ROI.
