Visium is seeking a Platform Engineering Director to lead the design, build, and evolution of our client-facing AI and Data platform capabilities. You will be the technical authority and delivery lead for our most complex programs, ensuring solutions are technically excellent, adoptable, scalable, and transformative.

Formación

• Hands-on experience leading large-scale platform engineering programs in AI and Data.
• Experience in consulting business and driving account growth.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and lead delivery of complex AI and data platform programs, spanning cloud infra, automation, CI/CD, and IaC, with Azure focus.
• Define and drive platform engineering standards for repeatability, reliability, and client value.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-levels and VP Engineering, as a hands-on technical advisor.
• Lead and mentor platform engineers and engagement managers to foster engineering excellence and ownership.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales to expand Visium's footprint.
