Embat is seeking a senior leader to own the Platform & Data vertical, guiding infrastructure, developer experience, reliability, and data strategy. You will hire, mentor, and grow engineers while setting vision and roadmaps for internal products used by engineering, product, and business teams.

The role requires hands-on cloud depth (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a proven track record in designing scalable platforms, data stacks, and governance frameworks.

Formación

• Proven experience leading platform, infrastructure, or data functions at a senior level.
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers.
• Hands-on depth in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Experience with modern data stacks and data governance (GDPR, data contracts).

Responsabilidades

• Define and own Platform & Data vertical vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Build, mentor, and scale the engineering team and future leads.
• Establish SLOs/SLAs and cost controls; drive reliability and developer experience.
• Standardize internal tooling, pipelines, and cost visibility across teams.
• Collaborate with product, security, and business to turn infra into a product.
