Lever, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist based in Spain. You will manage employee lifecycle operations, payroll coordination, documentation, travel, events, and internal systems within a remote-first, internationally distributed organization.

This hands-on role emphasizes process improvement and automation, maintaining accurate records, timely payments, and scalable workflows across multiple markets while collaborating with employees, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Formación

• Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or related roles.
• Strong payroll coordination, expense management and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Excellent organization with high accuracy in confidential data.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle operations including contracts and onboarding.
• Coordinate payroll processes, contractor invoices, and expenses for timely payments.
• Plan travel, events, and logistics; manage venues and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information, leaves, and contracts.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR and operational questions; resolve issues.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows and documentation.
• Build workflow automations to reduce manual data entry and errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coordinated operational activities.
