TMF Group is seeking an HR & Payroll Officer to manage payroll for an international client portfolio. You will work closely with HR & Payroll Account Managers to deliver timely payroll services across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a university degree in Business/HR/Law/Accounting, 1–2 years of payroll experience, fluent Spanish, and good English (minimum B2). A strong MS Office skillset and multitasking ability are essential.

Formación

• University's Degree in Business, HR, Law Accounting or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in Payroll.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Medium level in English (Minimum B2).
• Proficiency in MS Office package.
• Strong team-playing skills.
• Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.
• Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance of client payroll accounts.
• Main day-to-day contact for most clients.
• Reviews and processes payroll data.
• Maintains supporting and control worksheets for HR & payroll control processes.
• Payments, preparation, and coordination signatures for execution.
• Filing and paying tax models.
• Registration on Social security and Sepe/compensation funds.
