TMF Group in Madrid seeks an HR & Payroll Account Manager to support an international client portfolio. You will partner with HR & Payroll Officers, handling payroll accounts and critical submissions while adapting to a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll data, addressing inquiries, and coordinating social security and tax filings under Spanish regulations. A dynamic, client-focused role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• University degree in Business, HR, Law or Accounting.
• 2–3 years of payroll experience.
• Excellent Spanish communication (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain client payroll accounts.
• Be main day-to-day contact for most clients.
• Review and process payroll data.
• Respond to payroll inquiries.
• Review and coordinate social security and tax filings per Spanish law.
• Maintain worksheets to support HR & payroll controls.
• Coordinate responses to information requests from authorities.
• Oversee invoicing procedures and time entry accuracy.

As an HR & Payroll Account Manager, you will be working on a continuous challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to your own international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the HR & Payroll Officers, assisting them in their priorities and helping them to grow and learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of her/his client's payroll accounts.
• Main day-to-day contact for most clients, except for those that require a higher job band contact.
• Reviews and processes payroll data
• Responds to inquiries regarding payroll transactions.
• Reviews and coordination social security and tax filings to meet required deadlines according to Spanish legislation.
• Maintains supporting and control worksheets to support HR & payroll control processes.
• Ensures that appropriate responses and actions related his/her clients are taken with respect to request of information from the Public Administrations (Tax Authorities, Social security, others).
• Controls the invoice procedure regarding the different clients and assuring that time writing is correctly recorded.

Key Requirements

• University's Degree in Business, HR, Law, Accounting or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of experience in Payroll.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Office package.
• Strong team-playing skills.
• Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.
• Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
