Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare by placing clinicians first. We’re building a global AI clinical operating system with a strong Madrid presence.

The Spanish Medical Operations team will roll out the platform to major healthcare organisations, onboarding users and refining workflows. You will collaborate with executives, medical leaders and end-users to shape product deployment, ensure safe scaling, and deliver high-impact clinical solutions across Europe.

Formación

• Clinical experience in healthcare, ideally as a medical doctor.
• Experience with consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
• Passion for technology, AI, and transforming care.
• Strong communication with executives and clinicians.
• Organizational strength and a process-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live product demos for prospective clients in Spain.
• Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets.
• Partner with product, engineering and commercial teams for rollouts.
• Represent Tandem at international conferences and events.
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training and support.
• Troubleshoot issues to maximize clinician value.
• Develop templates and prompts for the AI assistant.
• Support safe scaling by managing clinical safety incidents.
