Job summary

Tandem Health is building the clinical co-pilot of the future, rolling out its AI clinical operating system to leading healthcare organisations worldwide. You will join Spain's Medical Operations team to onboard, refine workflows, and shape product needs with direct engagement with executives and clinicians.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to design scalable workflows, deliver impactful demos, and support global deployments while maintaining clinical safety.

Qualifications

• Extensive clinical experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience in consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
• Strong interest in AI and healthcare transformation.
• Excellent communication with executives and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain.
• Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts and workflow integration.
• Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events.
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Troubleshoot problems to ensure clinicians get value from Tandem.
• Build templates and prompts for Tandem’s AI assistant.
• Manage clinical safety incidents and optimize internal operations for scaling.
