Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years senior management experience.
• Experience in product management or AI delivery.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and translate into high-value products for clinical operations.
• Define use cases, scope, value hypotheses, and requirements for AI products.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and inform product direction.
• Bridge stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements.
• Lead AI products through design, MVP, pilot, refinement, scaling and adoption.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with privacy, AI guardrails, and GxP requirements.
• Drive adoption by validating with users and monitoring outcomes.
• Collaborate across Global Clinical Operations, Development AI, DDIT, Quality and Compliance.
