Booksy is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the measurement and marketing attribution stack. You will architect and maintain multi‑touch tracking, ensure accurate data across our warehouse, and drive identity resolution to connect anonymous sessions with real users.

The role includes server‑side tracking to overcome ad‑blockers and data pipelines for BI dashboards. Based in Spain with a remote‑first culture, you’ll collaborate with the Growth Systems team to scale marketing effectiveness and

Formación

• Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager and custom tracking scripts.
• Experience integrating MarTech APIs and a data warehouse.
• Experience with multi-touch attribution and identity resolution.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA privacy requirements and cookie consent.
• Conversational English is required as company language.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain attribution logic across the data warehouse.
• Own tracking infrastructure end to end (GTM, Segment, etc.).
• Engineer identity resolution between anonymous sessions and known users.
• Implement server-side tracking to reduce ad-blocker impact.
• Build pipelines feeding BI tools and visualize the full conversion funnel.
