Jobgether, partnering with a client based in Spain, seeks a Marketing Project Manager/Growth Marketing Manager. The role blends strategic project leadership with hands-on growth experiments across digital products, analytics, and conversion optimization.

You will analyze markets and funnels, design and run experiments, collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams, and leverage AI tools to speed research, reporting, and creative workflows in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• 3+ years managing growth or marketing projects in digital products or fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital acquisition and retention funnels (Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, brand campaigns).
• Experience designing, coordinating, or managing A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Analytical with experience using marketing research and analytics tools (GA, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
• Proven ability to integrate AI/automation into marketing workflows.
• Strong communication and reporting skills for clear business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with proactive ownership.
• Collaborate effectively with brand, performance, and product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, competitors, traffic sources, and digital acquisition trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into hypotheses and prioritize experiments with clear success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects to validate new funnels and optimize conversion and ROAS.
• Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Design, coordinate, and monitor A/B tests and growth experiments; document results.
• Leverage AI and automation to speed research, reporting, and creative workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor funnel performance and experiments.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to meet timelines.
• Prepare recurring reports, growth playbooks, market analyses, and experiment summaries.
• Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication using PM tools.
