Leadtech is seeking a Product Analyst to join a fast-growing team in Barcelona. You will work with the Project Manager to define product usability, requirements, and prioritization, and you will execute analyses of users and companies to identify trends and opportunities to improve the product.

Formación

• 2+ years in data analysis, reporting and data management.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with Python, SQL and tools such as Databricks, Tableau and Amplitude.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Experience running A/B tests.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, product and marketing.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor KPI daily to understand product and business performance.
• Explore data to identify trends, opportunities and problems.
• Define and execute recurring and ad hoc performance reports (LTV, ROI, retention).
• Analyze impact of product and marketing changes.
• Collaborate with BI, data engineering to improve reporting tools.
• Suggest multivariate experiments.
